Package shipping

As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment, through the courier company Envialia.

The company will keep you informed by email of the different status of the order.

Transportation costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package.

The indicated delivery times are kept except for a stock break or specific unavailability of an item. In these cases, the Customer Service will contact you immediately by phone or email, to inform you of the new delivery period or to proceed with the cancellation in case it is not possible to serve you said product.

We are not responsible for damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

Returns 

Reasons for return: 

                - Damaged product, product with manufacturing defect or incorrect product 

                                We bear the costs of returning the product. 

                - Other reasons for return. 

                According to the Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, it specifies the right of all consumers to return a product within 30 days of receiving it. In this case, the customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the product.
